Tim and Renee

Tim and Renee Ward

Tim graduated from Kettering University (formerly GMI Engineering & Management Institute) with a degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and began a progressive career in the industrial and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries. Achieving positions of increasing responsibility, he began facing challenges in work-life balance. Realizing the need for a long term solution to free up his time, he partnered with the Catalyst Group. Here he’s found a refreshing complement to his full-time profession that has really created options for he and his family.

Renee earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from Carson Newman College and a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University. She practiced physical therapy in a home health setting for five years before she and Tim began their family. Her work with the Catalyst Group helped her make a seamless transition from career focused professional to business owner. She is thankful for the rewarding partnership with Tim, that has allowed her to become a full time Mom of four. As an entrepreneur, she is now focused on helping her family and others achieve their vision for a quality life.
